The quick answer for most people is, no. Sadly. But, soon that may all change.
For now, you can change the title, description or product view by clicking on "Edit Details" under your product but you cannot change any design elements themselves.
Once you change anything on the design of the product, Zazzle will make you republish your product, then you should should go back and delete the old design.

The Replace It Tool
Zazzle has introduced a tool called, The Replace It Tool, to some Zazzlers. Why some? I don't know, I can only guess they need to see if it works with a couple sellers before diving into the deep end with a tool that doesn't work? I think most new tools or features go through a beta testing phase. That is my guess. But anyways, some Zazzlers were blessed with this tool already, while others haven't been.
It will be a great tool to have for many who have old designs that need fixing, or if you happen to publish something then realize you made a typo or forgot to make something a template. Let's hope this tool rolls out for everyone soon.

So far what we know about it from the people who have the "Replace It" tool:
- You can't edit products that have already sold.
- Zazzle has to approve the edits.
- It takes a couple days for Zazzle to approve it before the changes are made.
- When you go to edit an already existing and published product, next to the "sell it" button will be the "Replace It" button once you have made an edit.
- Nobody knows for sure if and when this tool will roll out for everyone.
To see if you have the ability to "Replace It", go to one of your published products, a make a change to it. Once you have made a change then you can click, "done" and then see if there is a replace it button next to the sell it button.
